Yum. I went vegetarian 8 years ago and find I’m accidentally vegan a few days a week. I also have a seafood allergy so tend to choose vegan options from menus if I’m uncertain about ingredients or there’s a language barrier while travelling.

My husband, who was previously a self described carnivore, now enjoys vegetarian/vegan meals with me 4-5 nights a week and we adapt recipes so he can add meat if he wants. In his opinion, if foods tasty, it’s tasty. It doesn’t NEED meat.
